Technology Access Foundation (TAF) partners with school districts, educators, higher education, and community organizations to transform public education. We center student voice, equity, and real-world learning to develop critical thinkers, problem solvers, and leaders.  </p><p>TAF co-manages TAF@Saghalie, our 6–12th grade lighthouse school; partners with schools using the STEMbyTAF model; supports educators of color; and provides equity-rooted professional learning. Since 1996, we’ve fostered a collaborative, family-friendly culture where staff bring their full selves to work and grow together.  </p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong>  </p><p>The <strong>Teacher-Scientist Partnership (TSP) Program Manager</strong> leads the design, implementation, and growth of TAF’s industry-connected science and technology programs. The Program Manager will work in close partnership with the Martinez Fellowship Senior Program Manager and the NWEW Director to support BIPOC educators across Washington State with a specific focus on high school pathways including high school teacher academies, CTE education classes).&nbsp;The role takes primary ownership of the inaugural Young Educator’s Summit and will cultivate ongoing relationships with high school teacher academies across WA state, specifically the Puget Sound, through the LEADER Grant initiative awarded to TAF. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and relationship-driven professional with a passion for racial equity and educator development.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Professional Development &amp; Program Design&nbsp;</li><li>Take primary ownership of planning, coordinating, and facilitating the Young Educator’s Summit in partnership with the University of Washington - Tacoma.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and steward relationships with high school teacher academies, serving as a primary point of contact to deepen partnerships, align programming, and increase recruitment and retention of BIPOC educators into the teaching profession&nbsp;</li><li>Curate workshops and learning experiences in collaboration with TAF team members, including materials and resources that support young educators in building an “imagination for education,” and build racial literacy&nbsp;</li><li>Co-create and co-facilitate workshop series for teacher academy classes in Highline and Tacoma School Districts&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support Martinez Fellowship’s Sr. Program Manager in developing quarterly seminars and the annual Summit, focused on racial equity, healing-centered practices, and educator professional development&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Partnerships &amp;
